To use the device, you need a monthly subscription. You don’t sign up for this until you register the device. We also offer maximum flexibility with our subscription plans. Whether you choose BASIC, COMFORT, or PROFESSIONAL—the following terms apply to all of our subscription plans:

• You don’t choose a subscription until you register the device.
• We’ll waive the subscription fees for the activation month. Billing begins only after the first full month.
• There are no additional charges for calls or triggered alarms.
• 30-day notice period, effective at the end of the month.

BASIC SUBSCRIPTION – alerts loved ones

• Connection with up to 10 personal contacts (ideally at least 3)
• If no personal contact can be reached: SMS/email notifying them that an alarm has been triggered
• No connection to the 24-hour emergency call center

Suitable for: People who are very active and independent and have a close network of family members and neighbors who would be able to arrive quickly in an emergency.

COMFORT SUBSCRIPTION – contacts family members first, then the emergency call center

Suitable for: People who value the security provided by the emergency call center, which can notify family members or organize further assistance in an emergency—depending on the situation.

PROFESSIONAL SUBSCRIPTION – Immediately alerts the emergency call center

• Immediate connection to the 24-hour emergency call center

Suitable for: People who need help as quickly as possible and want to ease the burden on their loved ones. The emergency call center alerts designated contacts such as family members, neighbors, services like Spitex, or, if necessary, a doctor or an ambulance. This subscription provides the greatest possible assurance of prompt assistance.

ADDITIONAL SERVICE: EMERGENCY RESPONSE

Securitas offers an emergency response service and assistance in the event of an emergency call when no family members or neighbors are available.

Services:

• Non-medical first aid throughout Switzerland
• On-call service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year

Requirements:

• Key safe for apartment access
• “Comfort” or “Professional” emergency call subscription (with emergency call center)

Response Costs:

• Between CHF 117 and CHF 325, depending on the location, including a 20-minute on-site presence
• CHF 80 for each additional hour on site

The Alma home emergency call system consists of a compact base station designed for small apartments and a convenient emergency call bracelet. You can wear this emergency call bracelet as a necklace or on your wrist, just like a watch.

In an emergency, you can trigger an alarm using the emergency call bracelet. You’ll be immediately connected to one of your personal contacts or our emergency call center. The base station’s large speaker transmits conversations loudly and clearly.

If desired, you can expand the Alma system with additional sensors, such as splash-proof emergency buttons for the bathroom, smoke detectors, or an elegant emergency medallion.
